" I bought more shares once the "binding" agreement with SS&T got signed only to find out that it was an agreement with no deposit from SS&T that could be forfeited so no pain if they walked"
They spent $7m on PLV shares at 35.5 cents which was well above market.
"And to boot SS&T had executed it via a BVI company"
Wrong. SST is not a BVI company, and in any case BVI companies serve their purpose for tax reasons, it is who is behind the BVI that matters.
" Fair dinkum if I was selling a fish and chip shop I would inisit on a forfeitable deposit from the buyer"
Insist all you want, they stood to lose their $7m. If that wasn't deposit enough I'm not sure how mush you would have liked.
I don't mind critisism but you have to get your facts right before you critisise.
