The dates were buried in an earlier announcment, Trousergecko. Not all that easy to spot in there - one suspects that retail shareholders aren't all that important to the board.
But they finally moved on this today: the forms are out. The record date is 3rd October; offer opends on the 12th (today) and the closing date i26th October. Shares will be allocated on 2nd November.
