"lets wait and see" if we finally get proof that hanlong/CDB are commited to this deal at 45c.

It amzes me that the "sophisticated' investors out there are so readily declaring their acceptance of a PHANTOM offer of 45c. there is ZERO commitment and backing for this and yet their lining up like rats on the sniff of 45 without any concrete evidence that CDB/hanlong will proceed with this.

If and when Hanling /CDB put the "money on the table" then i will consider letting them know my position. Why would anyone give them this information so easily now??? its beyond comprehension. Im sure the hedge funds and instos have all told hanlong that...yes we're ready to accept this vague uncertain 45c offer. I mean c'mon "sophisticated, business" investors not from fantasy island and not "so retail" ......LOL
