Just to remind you UTS, I will post again:

"Not buying yet. Will def get back in post a TPG rejection & with a SP under $1.00. I initially bought in at $1.025 & sold about 1 month later at $1.35 following news of the takeover bid. Will be more than happy to do it again with a more LT investment in mind at an even lower buy in price. Agree with many posters that the market is undervaluing the company but that's what uncertainty does & why buy in now when all signs are pointing towards TPG pulling out & punters getting in at a lower price???"

It will be interesting to see what the market does though, I could be wrong & investors could already see value in the current SP....although I doubt it.
