.... and finally how much extra JORC copper is implied in this latest 126m hit?

The rules of JORC are extensive and complicated so the answer is impossible to say.

    But just for fun..

    The red cross-section has an approx area of 100m x 150m = 15000 sq m

Add 50% for what is off the page at the bottom. = 22,500 sqm

Allow for this section to extend 100m in both directions.

    Rock volume = 22,500 x 200m = 4,500,000 cubic m

    Density allow 2700kg per m3

    Total copper ore (Approx) 4,5000,000 x 2700 / 1000kg = 12,150,000 t

If copper is at 1% by weight.... then 121,500t of copper.

Current AVB copper 661,000 so this could bring it to 780,000t.... maybe.

Then if the hole to the East is a big winner too.. can add another 60,000t perhaps.

So that gives it some sort of very ROUGH perspective, and shows the importance of the next hole. I am not claiming the above to be right, and if there is a major error then I would appreciate correction of course..... it is a simplified calculation and easily verified.

Of course if that whole local system is the top of Huge deposit at further depth... then ...

Lots of assumptions but the law of Cumulative Errors could mean it is close to the Answer.

Just thought I would Share my own calculations and drawings in the interests of getting an appreciation of what it all means and why it was described by TP as exciting, and why he associates it with "substantial resource growth".

Hope it is of some interest.
