    450 Million more options(I believe unlisted) will expire before end of the year if it continue to trade below 3 cents.

    Those who hold these 450 Million Options will do anything under the Sun to drag PEN above 3 cents.

    Anything is possible in market but it should be above 3 cents after next resoruce upgrade or prior to that.
