Very very hard to tell and personally I take no notice of them, I just go by where resistance and support or demand and supply are sitting. Like I said lot of overhead supply atm and overbought on the weekly which equates to not much smart money buying atm, they are happy to just sit aside and let it drift. They can determine where price goes just by doing nothing.
