An absolute shame, furniture. I am seeing more and more of these takeovers not happening (I see Deutsche Bank has become a substantial holder in NFE in a lending agreement, for example- that's another takeover that the market is saying won't happen- by the looks of the share price, at least- the market is never going to hand us over those high rewards easily).
I copied the AFR Street Talk article because the original poster, csa, was asking what people thought about the current price for a punt. ROEROC mentioned Nomura, so I posted the article. 60c for BBG is probably not gonna happen, but personally, I like to know the lowest figure the pundits are thinking of- it's the über-bears who save us money on these occasions.
On the other hand, BBG will probably just go through the stages MYR and the other unloved retailers have suffered at times. It's shock and awe for BBG now, but it can't be depressed forever, I suspect.
