    There seems not to be any agreed time frame. The only think that so far has been said is that tranches 1 & 2 are conditional to the obtainment of the necessary regulatory approvals, which I suppose to mean authorization by the Chinese Gov, while trench 2 is also conditional to the obtainment of the necessary shareholder approval probably at the next AGM.
