    Options, TOXO are exerciseable at 3c. They are trading at 1.2c atm. 3c+1.2c=4.2c. If TOX is trading at 3.7c then the TOXO are trading at a 0.5c premium.

    With 5 months to go that premium is going to slowly disappear, so you want to be sure there shareprice is going to rise quite a bit to make it worthwhile over a 5 month period. Over a shorter period its a different story.
