The changes in the Burkina Taxation laws, that effect the exploration and mining are minor and known to the companies, as Gooch said. If there were material clauses/changes these would have to be declared to the ASX.
Probably going to have more of an effect on some of the local entrepreneurs....which will be a good thing for other companies who want to do serious work.
