    The EV of Rainy River Reources is about $450 million higher than CVY...

    Once CVY merge with Crescent and Nth American investors can buy it on the TSX that EV differential will be looked at very closely as Rainy River continues to attract attention as one of the hottest new gold producing areas in Nth America.
