I mentioned last week that I emailed Gus about Merit's objections and request for hearing. Gus apologised for delay in getting back to me as he has been traveling.
Whilst I did not ask Gus for permission to cut and paste his reply here I am happy to summarise his reply being that their opinion is that objections will be dismissed, and that the evidence that Merit will need to prove to justify their claims will be difficult for them to meet.
Make of this what you will...I am still confident that Lance will get to production and that those that stay the course will see a 10 plus bagger from here.
