The way I read the AG's powers, he can virtually direct this legal nonsense to end quite quickly,I suggest. At the least, he can surely get the 'Stay' stopped so LAMP operations can proceed.
It'll be interesting to see what the opposition lawyers try to counter this. I suspect they'll scream publicly about improper hindrance of due process, etc.
