Hey tusker great to hear from you.
As it stands AZC look like they are going it alone until the BFS is complete.
I believe that the value of our shareholdings have remained the same and the money that AZC got from the sale of their assets in Murray Zircon will hopefully be enough to get through the BFS.
As far as I can see AZC’s future panning out, I hope that the BFS is completed next year and that a good solid company (probably OZC) buys them out for a decent slice of the action. Then and only then will we find out the true value of our shares.
My only life line is that AZC’s majority shareholder has got big bucks on the table so I can only assume by putting their interests first this will be good for the other shareholders and the price of the stock.
AZC were bailed out big time not too long ago by OZC and (just a gut feeling for what it’s worth) it wouldn't surprise me if OZC & AZC were on good terms and OZC were looking to pick up where they left off.
OZC want the WIM 150 they make no secret of that so who knows what they (AZC & OZC) have up their sleeves. All I know is that all will be quiet for at least ANOTHER year while they are beavering away in the background shuffling the BFS paper work from table to table.
If you hear anything, give me a shout,
Cheers buddy, Ste
