Hey Gassed, cheers for that. Another poster Anatol, got me started on coal seem gas saga a while back. Extremely interesting and part of the reason I started taking positions in the Shale Gas sector in 2008.
Without doubt, the Cooper Basin will be the initial major catalyst for Australian Shale, although Perth Basin will come a close second IMO.
Sigh, my guesstimate regarding Windmill-1 find has shown to be optimistic. Although it was pleasing to see that COE management "The thickness of the oil column in the Namur Sandstone was at the upper end of our expectations."
Therefore I think at least 400k total, or 300k net to BPT has been found.
btw Gassed, my research bug has been around for about 3 years now haha.
