    Quite frankly, I don't give a toss about CV's because they mean nothing as far as adding value to my investment is concerned.

    CZD is dropping practically everyday and we are nearing a new 52 week low. Mr Franklyn is paid very well and I do not see why he should be rewarded with free options, particularly given the disastrous deals he tried to get through a few years back

    Mr Franklyn owns no shares in CZD. If he has never shown faith in the company why should he be rewarded?...As I've said before, I don't even know why he is chairman

    Can you explain how this " encourages skin in the game"?
