I can explain why.

I refer to my post which was laughed at by the people who wear spectacles with the nature of a certain red flower.

Step 2: Everyone gets excited and a bit carried away. Everyone takes positions at the peak.

Step 3: Everyone says how this time it's different and the rise is sustainable because of our great fundamentals.

Step 4: Dump, price crashes, the worriers sell out for a loss and the rest of us hold on until the next big rise."

It will probably fall even lower if past trends are anything to go by. Rest assured, as soon as hype builds again, the price will once again rocket. Looking forward to the next big spike, whenever that may be.
