for whats its worth, with all things considered, my take: % chance of: Judge dismisses case on the 8th - 15% Judge finds in favour of Malaysian government - 60% Judge recommends Judicial review - 20% Reserves decision to a later date - 5%
The liklehood that Lynas will be running a REE plant in Malaysia in 12 months time : 99% (1% against for a natural disaster).
Shoot me down for my "opinion" but its just as valuable / worthless as all the other drivvel that is posted on this stock now.
Those with a short attention span should leave the building.
