More likely just recovering from oversold condition. Imho the sp even undershot what most of the pessimists likely thought was fair value.
The market is no rational balancing thing, it's an unstable oscillator with positive feedback dynamics.
That said the poc much better than when the last QR came out, there should be a decent upswing from the provisional pricing, plus there were timing issues on sales that should be more favourable than last time. So yes the headline number likely to look pretty good, but most brokers etc will be looking at the underlying, and I wouldn't be betting on any great surprise there.
