There you go convertible issue - didn't we try for a long time to squash BTC's hold through convertible notes & NAOS had to some in & take the stock off market. All i'd say about it is when those notes mature end of 2013 they better have pulled the weights with deals & the positive i guess would be all CN's are issued to management & existing sub holders not a third party ie. Spring Tree.
I will add & i hope PW doesn't take it to heart but this opening sentence for a company that has been talking cash sustainability & no more CR's ?
