To all those wondering about TLG going down, its near doubled its price in the last month?

I'd say this was leaked pretty heavily given the huge rise up to .39 the other day..

I'd still expect some upside from this, perhaps not for another week or two, as looking at the drill intersections they went significantly deeper at a higher drill slope and found much larger intercepts than the previous calculated jorc.

The main things in this announcement:

-High grades (obviously)
-Low strip ratios (often 1:1 or 2:1) which great
-Much larger JORC to come, not only have they got an additional zone to add (would make about 1.5mt extra) they have dug double the distance down and still finding large intecepts of material, this could potentially double/triple their jorc

In saying that, it won't do an SYR type rise as SYR has 300m intecepts.. still 10x bigger than TLG intercepts..

However, the higher grade, if TLG can get a JORC of 10-15Mt Graphite, thats a huge mine (30+ years) life considering only 1.4mt of graphite is currently produced and consumed annually at the moment..

Furthermore, TLG will have an advantage over SYR from a mining persepective based on depth (low cost) and high grade (easy refining to 99.9%).. TLG will also have a lower capital cost to get started and a quicker time to producing..
