So are you talking about revenues or profits? In my opinion revenues mean jack. I could sell a million widgets at $1 which atually cost me $1.10c. Or I could sell 100 super widget for $1000 that cost me $1.

Which is better? Its all about profits and the company's potential for growth. That's what defines the PE.
