    FAS will have lower costs. Really?

    Any ideas what these may be?

    Don't you first need an offtake agreement, finance, final approvals, a mining plan and beneficiation process, a transport route/corridor, a port (not an MOU), a bankable feasibility study etc etc....need I say any more?
