whats the purpose????, page-13

Fairly new to this but from what I can gather some stock holders are impatient or worried the price is going to drop or may just need to free up cash for other trades etc. The bots sell very small amounts into the market but the number of trades affects trading patterns and this can cause those who use charting to sell. The people behind the bots have larger buy orders in place at a lower price to catch these panicked sells.
Probably not the clearest explanation, maybe someone with more experience can explain better.
