but there has been many studies done on viscaria over the years, that in it's self should tell it's a marginal project
marginal project aren't bad, and Read is the right guy, they're just marginal
the 4-5 extra holes done earlier, didn't change the scenario much either, look at the sp. and consider why they are buying extra tonnage
anyway, it's just an opinion
