Hi Recyug,

No argument that cash costs affect the bottom line, so the more you can reduce them the better off you are.

In looking at Plan B, I am looking at the situation as is, rather than considering all the factors that have led up to the current situation.

There are a lot of matters peripheral to Plan B that I would like to raise, or follow up, including Kalimaya's increased chance of FML becoming a higher profile takeover target if the vote goes for Plan B -if it is clear to me that Plan B will not work, does not make sense to me to raise or follow up on such matters.

The September quarterly is going to provide most of the answers on Plan B, so until that time I intend to keep a fairly low profile.
