I think you're right on all points. Also, the early years of production will be less profitable than later when they get into the higher grade material.
While I agree that Australian investors will be discounting because of the location, I don't think Zambia poses a large sovereign risk at all.
There was a bit of an improvement today and with results overdue hopefully there'll be some good news again soon to help it go some of the way back to the highs of earlier this year.
