Rastus, from my non legal perspective based on what I have seen my answer as far as the JR goes would be - no - should also not care about the cost to Lynas of the top remaining frozen so that's a double edged sword. Not sure about the temporary stay motions what was considered there. IMO only based on the JR info I have seen. Whether or notthe judge follows that is a differentt matter - foundsome references to where companies successfully argued using the costs angle.
What are your thoughts from reading those two docs?
