I think all "key" share holders should be concerned
about just how many times this company moves it's place of business.
You would have to ask your self is key in the office removeable business or drilling for oil and gas. this company has moved 2 times in the last year.
Hope key board members did not spend to much money of stationary equiment and letter heads with your last address on them, as that is just wastefull,and bad for the environment. also i think you might just need a cap raising to pay the relocation bills.

Some of you should ask Board members why this move was done as in this day and age, investing hard earned cash for moving office should be not the highest on the TO DO LIST,IMHO.
