wolves, that's the irony of a JR isn't it... the legislation states 100% clearly that his decision is FINAL on any appeal. Thus the only avenue SMSL have is to challenge the legality of the decision itself. i.e. if they have done something wrong as part of making the decision to quash the appeal they may have to review the appeal information again or maybe offer SMSL a chance to provide further information to support their case, but that's all they can achieve. Unless science fiction has become science fact in the mean time nomatter what they should only end up with a delay, significant damage to Malaysia's reputation and Lynas still operating but under the name of Mt Kellet Rare Earths :P.
