the problem is, if lynas let seperate in china, the REOs will fall under export qoutas.
Furthermore i dont belive we will get enough for the dirt to get costs of transport etc... and you wont find a company that will sperate the dirty from today till tomorrow. you need a company that could do that and you need a company that has the permissions to do that.
