Listened closely to the webcast and either TG is a superb b.s artist or they still have every expectation that Fiesta is going to be productive.
Around 16 minutes he saying they are "pretty excited"...I mean would you say this at this juncture if you were worried?
Also reaffirmed target exit rate FY2013.
To paraphrase what TG confirmed on Bagget in question time -
On production for 40 days- taking longer than Barnhart, but seeing more load fluid recovery, promises better well longetivity (load fluid not blocking hydrocarbons). High load fluid flow rates, starting to see hydrocarbons..very optimistic still.
Still the evidence is not there yet, but given the first three Fiesta wells flowed oil and these latest wells are much longer with more fracs and using better fluid design, I find it hard to conceive we won't see quite a bit of oil once the load fluid is recovered.
