NZX Regulation ("NZXR") Announcement
At 15:34.03 several orders in The NZX MidCap Index Fund ("MDZ") were entered
in error into the NZX Trading System and matched. These orders had an adverse
impact on the market because they resulted in the movement of the market in
MDZ of more than 10%.
NZXR has determined that an Error was made as to the matching of the price
and the Securities and in order to ensure the integrity of the market NZXR
has cancelled the affected trades under NZX Participant Rule 10.15.
Trading in MDZ will resume at 4.30pm today.
