Strangely enough I was in a business like this overseas fora few years . In fact was part of the listing team and for a very short period its CFO.
Always a difficult business because of cheaper manufacturing locations in the world. Getting the balance right is also an issue.
We had links to a larger overseas business as its agent so we did well. The business got nailed badly when the principal re-entered the market directly at the end of the agency agreement.
Will definitely look more closely at it. Not expensive but it needs to have a definable space to operate in.
Will keep posting my thoughts here maybe some interest emerges.
