    I am expecting that I can sell 100% if I wish (guessing major won’t participate).
    It make sense to keep some (or full) holding as NTA will improve after off market buy back.
    Company will be small but with strong BS and real estate will improve in few months so good chance to make good return. I will still participate for 50% of my holding to book some profit
