"Are Directors and their clique club feathering there nest at the expense of shareholders ?"
They are pretty good at that - i'd really prefer to see some signifcant on-market buying from them as opposed to just taking up favourable placements that aren't offered to shareholders.
Those incentive shares last year to PW & NW where monsters 15,000,000 between them, yes 6c ex. price but vesting much further down the track, no cost up front & still the ability to forfeit them if things turn sour.
& the company is still pumping out those PYCOA options, 3rd issue but never to shareholders.
