    Ok. I still hold a decent portion and these are my thoughts.

    The D&C offer is ONLY valid if you believe the D&C partners are in feud.... however my question is if they have found a buyer for their stake... what about the other two holders? will they sell out on the same terms?

    It is hard to know if the offers are valid but why would they make up $20M odd for the sake of it...I am starting to believe that the offers are valid but it doesn't make sense for a potential partner to hold SRK's 50% but not the other two D&C partners.

    We are in for an interesting couple of weeks.
