Why would you want to put it into a TH for an indefinite period? A billion dollars of stock that cannot be traded - would surely cause hardship to some holders who find that they need to sell some for whatever reason. The ASX is a market; investors have every expectation that they should be able to trade.
Then what happens if the news is eventually bad. When it re-opens it does so at 10c. Where is the justice in that?
And if the news appears good - after all the shenanigans so far, who will believe that it is finally over?
