Scrooge----if you go back and read the annual report---the non executive directors are currently paid between $85,000 and $150,000----increasing their maximums is at the moment irrelevent,as no-one is paid any where near the current maximum of $500,000----however,there might be an intention to increase their wages once Altona is rolling in cash and their responsibilities increase proportionately.Unless i read it wrong--the executive directors are the ones currently knocking on the door of the $500,000 limit---and they mite need to increase the maximum,but not necessarily be paid the full ammount---only somewhere in between.
