is the mrp chart telling us something?

As a hard-core fundamentalist I thought I'd never start a thread re a chart but imo the MRP chart does seem remarkable.

Despite recently flirting with 18 month intra-day highs of 41c it seems there has been a definite ceiling for the closing price at exactly 40c (as the chart clearly shows, even to me!).

The share price has been steadily converging on this 40c ceiling which leads me to wonder what the chartists would make of this. Is that an "ascending triangle"?

I am very bullish on the MRP share price based purely on the fundamentals and but I'd be interested to hear comments re this chart pattern from a TA perspective.
