remuneration packages

    Don't forget that at the last AGM shareholders were successful in getting more than a 25% vote AGAINST the remuneration package.

    That did not stop the directors accepting their packages BUT it was STRIKE ONE against the directors and their remuneration.

    IF we can achieve the more than 25% against the remuneration package at the next AGM, then by law, the directors have to resign - a spill - and reapply for their positions. I am not too sure of the full process - BUT if we can get enough encouragement here I will undertake to get the complete process.

    Hopefully we can achieve that again this meeting and then the cat will be amongst the pigeons.

    I am sure there are some worthy directors out their who would be willing to step in and make sure that we move forward in the right direction with this company.

    More confidence is required by shareholders and we need to have confidence in what is being said by directors and be confident in the path forward.

    That is what will make the share price tick.

    Talk to your fellow shareholders if you know any outside the HC membership to see if we can drum up the support required.
