Firstly BLO post was done 4 days ago so would have been based on SYR price on FRIDAY..,.I believe the SP was $2.86 at the time, not $2.45

Secondly, CSE only has 107M shares on issue, not 126M which is how many shares SYR has on issue

Thirdly, I believe BLO was looking at it from a GROSS asset value point of view not NET (of tax) Sure it is more accurate to consider from a net of tax point of view, but that wasn't the calc used in the OP so the number was correct
