    - 1.2c breaks on News of Spud 1st well
    - "Blue Sky" if commercial conventional Oil/Gas hit.

    Envelope must be in the mail re: the approvals by now surely.

    I notice 0.007 is nearly gone... perhaps there is a leak ?
