Monday's announcement probably explains the rise sufficiently that there wouldn't need to be any request from the ASX. It is all part of that sad nexus between wielding an axe around the office and share price.
CFU is quickly on the way to being a german company with Australian owners. Hopefully as things progress we actually make profits in Australia that allow us to soak up those huge tax losses we have accumulated! Way its going, all, if any, of the profits are going to be derived in Germany. Hope they have had one of the big 4 look over their strategy!
