GENERAL: TRP: Transpower releases Annual Regulatory Report

Transpower New Zealand today released its Annual Regulatory Report for the
2012 financial year, which incorporates Transpower's Annual Compliance
Monitoring Statement.

The report includes details of Transpower's updated revenue forecasts of
$878.3 million for the pricing year starting on 1 April 2013, compared to the
previous revenue forecasts of $930.8 million. These figures are yet to be
confirmed by the Commerce Commission.
