This placement is really bad for shareholders and is indicative of why there are no institutional investors on the share register. And the salaries of Wilson, Watt and Woolf are in excess of $700k per annum. OMFG.

And now they want shareholders to agree to a capital raising that specifically incentivises them to do nothing..so that they can line their pockets. Addtionally, the KPI's in the capital raising do not have licensing KPI's, only KPI's for further research agreements.
