I think the thing is they keep running these off-market private placements / incentive schemes whatever simply to keep there positions level & on top of the curve even as they further dilute the companys registar & as the shareprice declines accordingly. The scarier or more "doomsday" scenario is they will become much more likely to endorse an aquisitonn of the company down the track for cents as the dilution has already been adjusted on their end - keep going at this rate & they will be more than happy to take something tiny for the company & would be shouted out at as a "fantactic achievment & signifcant premium" - so again back to Orbey's thread title me thinks BLAH BLAH BLAH.
