A DFS would provide a great deal of clarity for investors contemplating an on-market purchase of CDU as well as for existing shareholders looking to increase their holdings.
IMO it is possible that the uncertainty created by not releasing the DFS may be muddying the waters.

Certainly the company has done an outstanding job of raising funds at a premium to prevailing sp, quite a rare occurence in this day and age

On the whole i think CDU is being run very well
