It all depends on whether the HC Judge believes SMSL's solitary expert who is at odds with all of the Gov Depts, international experts & scientists who HAVE PROVEN otherwise. Even if she doesn't hand down a decision and postpones her decision again....it will have the same affect on the SP as a 'no' to LYC anyway....so once again Lynas only has a one in three chance of success. Two chances for another SP meltdown and one chance for a positive spike. 33%.....better ods than spring carnival winners but are you content gambling with the amount that you have currently invested.....something we all need to process carefully.
